·       All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Duplicate Memberships

·        If a user mistakenly creates two accounts and purchases memberships for both, they may request a refund for the duplicate membership.

·        To qualify for a refund, the user must contact our customer service within 7 days of the duplicate purchase and provide the relevant order details.

Refund Process
