Eligibility

register as a member of Kerala Veluthedathu Nair Matrimony
(https://parinayam.kvns.org/) or use this platform, you must be of legal
marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years and above for
females and 21 years and above for males). The platform is only to facilitate
lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into
matrimony under the applicable laws. By using this site, you confirm that you
have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and
are not prohibited by any applicable law or court order from entering into
matrimony.
Kerala
Veluthedathu Nair Matrimony reserves the right to terminate your membership or
block your access if we have reason to believe you have misrepresented your eligibility.
Term of
Membership
You may
terminate your membership at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon
termination, no refund will be provided for any unutilized subscription fees.
Kerala Veluthedathu Nair Matrimony may terminate your access and membership at
any time, effective immediately upon notification via the email address
provided in your registration, especially if the terms of this Agreement have
been breached.

Policy
All
content posted on the site, including messages, photos, and profiles, is
subject to review by Kerala Veluthedathu Nair Matrimony. We reserve the right
to delete any content that violates our terms, is deemed offensive, illegal, or
that may harm the safety and well-being of our members or the site.

responsibility for interactions or transactions between members.
Services
Veluthedathu
Nair Matrimony provides both online and offline services to its members.
Members can choose between various service packages (e.g., Basic, Premium,
Premium Plus) according to their preferences. Service from abroad branches is
available only to selected customers. Additional service charges apply for both
online and offline services.
Legal Jurisdiction
These
Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these
Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
District Court located in Pathanamthitta, Kerala. You agree to submit to the
personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of
jurisdiction over you by such courts.
